Request a poolside room for a quieter experience. it's away from the frequent outdoor entertainment at the bar.

Balcony Bliss with a Side of Noise
The duplex apartment was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable area for the family to gather. The location was perfect for quick access to the beach and nearby amenities.
Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby bars made it challenging for the little one to sleep early as music echoed until midnight. the check-in process could be more efficient to prevent long waits.

The Duplex Apartment is spacious and nicely laid out, perfect for family activities. The balcony was a great spot to unwind, and having a supermarket right below was a major convenience.
Be prepared for some serious noise in the evenings from the nearby restaurant, as live music blares from 20:00 to around 23:30. Shutting the windows did little to keep it at bay, which can make it tough for younger kids to sleep. The kitchen is small and a bit dated—lacking in utensils for proper self-catering, and what you do get is minimal, like a single sachet of washing-up liquid. it feels more like average accommodation than luxury.

duplex apartment, beautiful pools, garden areas
Noise from live music can be unbearable during evenings!!! A microwave and washing machine would greatly enhance convenience. Lack of comfortable seating in the living room diminishes relaxation. Small kitchen feels dated and under-equipped!!!

The location is amazing, just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by lively shops and eateries. Pools are well-maintained, and the gardens filled with greenery create a soothing atmosphere.
The communication about housekeeping timings could be clearer, as we were caught off guard on the day they arrived while we were busy.

This was just a reliable pick for a short visit in Playa de las Americas with good value for cost. The place was clean with a good kitchen setup that was convenient for making breakfast. If you’re sensitive to noise, bring earplugs as the nearby bar can be loud at night.
